Watch this video and do the following tasks…
1. Commit to be fully present in the process. Give your body the best foods, juices and smoothies you can for at least this 5 days! It’s not about sacrifice or diet! Don’t be hard on yourself, focus your mind on all the best fuel that you are giving yourself to do this reset deeper! It’s a commitment with your dreams…enjoy it!!!
2. Write down how you did this last year in every area of your life! Be raw and real! Did you follow on all your commitments? What could be better and how? Go through every area of your life: Health, Relationships, Finances, Mindset, Passion, Purpose, Contribution, Spirituality and Adventure.
3. Commit to be fully present in the group, doing a video about who you are and how was it for you to follow on your intentions and commitments this last year! Please be raw and real, share your challenges with us, share what worked and what didn’t work! No judgement…just with loving awareness…
Let’s use this community to keep each other focused on our goals and support our vision to the next level!

1. Commit to be fully present in the process. Go deep in the journey, being as raw and real as possible!
2. Surrender to the breathwork inspired by everything you are letting go in your life right now! It is the beginning of the reset process, but it’s very important you follow every step so you can go deeper!
3. Share with the group anything that came up in the process for you!
day 3

Today we will go deeper into alchemy, working deeper with our second brain, the gut! We will start the reset of every internal organ and everything they reflect in our lives! Then we reset the nervous system through the breath and specific movements that open up every layer of our being!

Know that it is normal if any resistance wakes up by now, it’s part of the process!
When you come out of your old patterns and your comfort zone, your unconscious mind will create all the excuses to bring you back to it and not finish the process!
This is why today we activate our core in diffrent ways, going deeper into our nervous aystem, which is the hardware of our inner computer!
Let yourself follow the process and then share with the group what are your passions, what brings that feeling of being alive and awake? You can do this through video or writing…It is part of the reset process…

Share your wisdom and your love…speak your truth from your heart…Be always available to listen to your inner guidance, to trust your gut and to act from within!!!
2. Please share with the group your experience of the whole 5 day challenge through video or writing! Let us know how you are feeling and what’s your intentions this next year!
